Why is home staging a financial investment?

Home staging is a smart investment that can yield significant financial returns. According to the National Association of Realtors, 81% of buyers say staging makes it easier to visualize a property as their future home, and staged homes typically sell for 5%–10% more than their unstaged counterparts. Additionally, staged homes spend less time on the market, thereby reducing carrying costs such as mortgage payments, taxes, and utilities. In many cases, the cost of staging is far outweighed by the higher sale price and faster sale

What’s the process?

We begin the home staging process with a personalized consultation to assess your space and determine the best strategy to highlight its features. This typically takes about 1 to 2 hours. After the consultation, we’ll develop a customized staging plan based on whether your home is vacant or occupied. If you're living in the home, we can offer a hybrid staging approach, combining your existing furnishings with curated pieces to create a cohesive, buyer-friendly look. Once approved, staging is usually completed within 1 to 3 days, ensuring your home is market-ready quickly and efficiently while remaining comfortable for everyday living.

Why do we only use live plants and fresh flowers?

Live plants and fresh flowers bring warmth, color, and vibrancy to a staged home, instantly making it feel more welcoming and well-cared-for. They add natural texture and visual interest, helping to soften spaces and enhance the overall aesthetic. Strategically placed greenery can highlight key features, create inviting focal points, and even boost the appeal of listing photos. Most importantly, they subtly suggest freshness, cleanliness, and a sense of life; qualities every buyer looks for in a home
